We are looking for a dedicated Beach Expert to oversee beach facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and enjoyable for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include the maintenance of beach amenities and implementing safety protocols, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain cleanliness of all beach facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for beach operations.
• Provide top-notch service to beach patrons, addressing their needs promptly.
• Coordinate events and activities at the beach, engaging with the community.
• Train and manage beach staff to ensure high service standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of beach amenities and equipment.
• Implement initiatives to promote sustainable beach practices.
• Collaborate with local businesses to drive beach tourism and partnerships.
• Prepare reports on beach conditions and visitor feedback.
• Act as a liaison between beach visitors and local authorities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Tourism Management, or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in beach management or related field
