Responsibilities

  • Design and roll out employee wellness initiatives.
  • Analyze employee feedback to drive welfare program enhancements.
  • Monitor compliance with employee benefit laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with benefits teams to align welfare programs with overall HR strategy.
  • Administer employee assistance programs and ensure accessibility.
  • Prepare reports on welfare program outcomes for HR leadership.
  • Lead wellness workshops and training sessions for staff.
  • Evaluate partnerships with external vendors for employee programs.
  • Stay updated on trends and legislation in employee welfare.
  • Promote a culture of wellness and engagement within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or welfare management
