Job Description

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be a vital part of the civil service team, assisting in administrative duties, handling paperwork, and supporting the management of civil service operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the processing of civil service paperwork, including applications and permits.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to civil service activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the civil service department.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to civil service operations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of civil service procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is essential.
