Job Description

As an Employee Health Maintenance Program Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and rolling out programs that promote employee health and wellness. Your primary responsibility is to assess employee health needs, design preventive initiatives, and coordinate health screenings. You’ll provide vital support in fostering a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health improvement programs.
  • Create and distribute health education materials to employees.
  • Conduct regular health assessments to identify potential health risks.
  • Provide support and resources to employees regarding health issues.
  • Work with management to foster a supportive environment for health initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
  • Collect and analyze health-related data for program evaluation.
  • Lead workshops and seminars to promote employee wellness.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers to offer comprehensive health services.
  • Stay updated with advancements in employee wellness practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
