We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our Austin team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, an excellent understanding of the local market, and the ability to provide outstanding service to our clients. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while guiding them through every step of the transaction process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients to the agency.
• Perform market research to determine potential property values.
• Advise clients on home improvements to increase property value.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge about Austin neighborhoods and amenities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase properties online and offline.
• Participate in local community events to promote real estate services.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and property transactions.
• Provide insights and recommendations on property investment opportunities.
• Assist clients with financing options and connect them with lenders.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Real Estate License (required)
• Degree in Business or Communication is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred
