Job Description

As an Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Worker, you will play a vital role in investigating customer complaints and ensuring that quality standards are met. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze customer complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Technology)
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a quality control or customer service role
