Job Description
We are seeking a Residence Life Coordinator to manage and enhance our vibrant residential community. This role encompasses ensuring student safety, promoting engagement, and fostering an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of residential life within assigned halls.
Develop and implement engaging programs and activities.
Provide academic and personal support to residents through advising.
Ensure adherence to community standards through supervision.
Manage facility maintenance and safety protocols.
Facilitate conflict resolution among residents.
Collaborate with various departments to meet students' needs.
Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree in Student Affairs is preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in residence life or student affairs
