Job Description

As a Marbleizer at Company XYZ, you'll be at the forefront of creating captivating marble-like finishes for a variety of surfaces. This position demands a keen artistic eye and a knack for precision, as you will use specialized tools to bring clients' visions to life. Whether prepping surfaces or mixing pigments, every task contributes to the final masterpiece.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for marbleization by cleaning and priming.
• Design and apply marble-like finishes using specialized techniques.
• Ensure all application processes meet company standards and client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding design options and changes.
• Develop color palettes and select appropriate materials for each project.
• Repair and maintain marble surfaces as necessary.
• Document project progress and communicate with project managers.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Train junior staff on marble application techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional technical training in painting or coating is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in marbleizing or a related field
