We are seeking a dedicated Career/Technical Education Teacher to join our Adult Education Department. In this role, you will develop and deliver adult education programs, facilitate engaging classroom sessions, and support learners in achieving their educational goals. Your expertise in adult learning theories and instructional methodologies will be key to fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations for program enhancement.
• Engage in professional development to remain current in adult education practices.
• Facilitate discussions and group activities to enhance learner engagement.
• Integrate real-world applications into the curriculum.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Master's degree preferred in Adult Education or similar field

Experience

• A strong background in adult education is preferred.
