Job Description

We are looking for skilled Industrial Machinery Mechanics to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining textile machinery to ensure optimal performance. Attention to detail and strong technical skills are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems as they arise.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with production teams to align maintenance schedules.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of systems and recommend improvements.
  • Follow all safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of apprentices.
  • Stay updated with the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training in machinery repair preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial machinery mechanics
Technical Skills
  • Hydraulic systems knowledge
  • Pneumatic systems knowledge
Soft Skills
  • Safety awareness
  • Time management
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience with CNC machinery: Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining CNC machines.
