Job Description
As a Ticker Installer, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining ticker display systems across various locations. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring that these systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Assemble, install, and maintain ticker display systems for various clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Provide ongoing support and training for clients on the use of ticker systems.
Conduct inventory management for installation materials and tools.
Inspect installation sites to assess conditions prior to installation.
Handle troubleshooting for any malfunctioning equipment.
Ensure installations meet client deadlines and satisfaction.
Keep abreast of the latest software used in ticker systems.
Assist in developing best practices for installations.
Foster a positive client relationship through effective communication.
Requirements
Education
Associate’s degree in Electronics or a related field
Relevant certifications in digital signage are a plus
Experience
At least 2 years working in a technical installation role.
