We are on the lookout for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dallas. In this role, you'll engage in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects with a focus on safety, sustainability, and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to impactful infrastructural development in the region.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers in the team.
• Ensure project timelines are met and within budget.
• Assess the environmental impact of projects and propose solutions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for community stakeholders.
• Research and implement new technologies in civil engineering.
• Evaluate and approve material submissions from contractors.
• Facilitate project meetings and liaise with all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules using project management software.
• Conduct performance evaluations of engineering processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects
