Job Description

We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia. This role involves designing and analyzing various structures, ensuring safety and compliance with codes while fostering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial projects, along with a solid understanding of modern engineering tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative and sustainable structural solutions.
  • Evaluate existing structures and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize software tools to enhance design accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project deliverables.
  • Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and regulations.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.
  • Research and implement new engineering techniques and materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in structural analysis and design
