Job Description

As a Nuclear Monitoring Technician, you'll play a vital role in patient diagnostics by operating advanced radiation equipment. You'll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize nuclear imaging equipment to generate effective diagnostic images.
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust procedures to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Prepare technical reports based on imaging results.
  • Stay updated with advancements in radiation technology and procedures.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment prior to patient use.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor junior technicians and support staff in imaging procedures.
  • Engage in regular team meetings for process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting
