Job Description
Join our team as a Concierge, where your primary role will be to assist guests with all their needs throughout their stay. You'll handle inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local events, and dining options.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
Help guests with luggage and provide directions or transportation to their destination.
Document and track guest requests and preferences for personalized service.
Work closely with other departments to enhance guests' experiences.
Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.
Participate in training and meetings to enhance service skills.
Act as a liaison between guests and hotel management.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is a plus
Experience
1-2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services
