The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring efficient use of technology. Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of contact for IT support queries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site.
  • Document and escalate problems to higher-level IT staff.
  • Implement preventative maintenance on IT hardware.
  • Support the deployment of software updates and patches.
  • Maintain user accounts and manage access permissions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
