Job Description

As an Exchange Trouble Shooter at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing and troubleshooting Exchange server issues. Your expertise will ensure the operational efficiency of our Exchange environment, aiding in the swift resolution of technical problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, implementing preventative measures to maintain system integrity and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Exchange-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot email delivery and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Exchange services.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures and findings.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist users with Exchange client configurations.
  • Manage user accounts and distribution lists.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration focused on Exchange services.
