Security Analyst (SOC)

Job Description

As a Security Analyst (SOC), you will monitor and defend against security threats in real-time. Your expertise will play a crucial role in analyzing security incidents and implementing proactive measures to protect our network.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate security breaches and incidents.
• Maintain and update incident response plans and playbooks.
• Conduct root cause analysis on security incidents.
• Support compliance initiatives related to security standards.
• Provide security awareness training for staff.
• Engage with external security teams and law enforcement as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
