Job Description

As a Hydroelectric Production Manager, you will lead renewable energy projects focused on hydroelectric production. This role encompasses project planning, team coordination, and technical support to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, design, procurement, and construction of renewable energy projects.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Support technical training and development for project teams.
  • Develop and execute compliance measures with environmental standards.
  • Research and suggest innovative solutions for project improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
  • Master's degree in a relevant field considered an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector
