We are seeking a skilled Home Appliance Repairer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of vacuum cleaner repair and maintenance, and be committed to providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on vacuum cleaners to assess condition.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding appliance performance.
• Document all repairs and parts used in the process.
• Perform installations and setups for new vacuum cleaner models.
• Educate customers on proper maintenance techniques.
• Work alongside inventory teams to manage spare parts effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vacuum cleaner repair and maintenance

• Technical Knowledge of Vacuum Cleaners

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
