Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting customers, thereby driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagement initiatives and drive regular business reviews.
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and expansion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Foster customer community through newsletters, forums, or events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a customer success or account management role
