Join our team as a Machine Operator Slitter Technician, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining slitting machinery. Your role will focus on achieving efficiency and accuracy in the cutting and slitting processes to meet production deadlines in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate slitting machinery and ensure its proper setup and alignment
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to achieve the desired results
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to meet specifications
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with peers to optimize the production process and output
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace
• Provide feedback on operational improvements and suggest solutions
• Document production records and maintain accurate logs of machine performance
• Assist in training new staff on the operation and maintenance of machinery
• Stay updated on industry advancements and improve skill sets through ongoing training
