Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Aircraft Structure, Surfaces, Rigging, and Systems Assemblers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling and maintaining the structural components, surfaces, rigging, and core systems of aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all assembly work meets FAA regulations and company safety protocols.
  • Conduct final checks and verifications before aircraft delivery.
  • Train new assembly team members on standards and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and safety measures.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution during assembly processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree in Aviation Technology or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in aircraft assembly or repair
Technical Skills

Certifications

Languages
  • English: Fluent
