Job Description

As a Vocational Evaluator, your role will involve assessing the skills, abilities, and interests of individuals to determine their vocational potential. You will conduct tests, analyze data, and develop comprehensive reports that assist clients in navigating their career paths. Your insights will play a pivotal role in helping clients discover suitable employment or training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical and mental capabilities in vocational settings.
• Utilize various assessment tools, including the Interest Profiler and WorkKeys.
• Engage in continuous professional development within vocational counseling.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local job markets and employer needs.
• Implement effective communication strategies in delivering results.
• Create stakeholder reports that highlight client progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related field
• Relevant certifications in counseling or rehabilitation recommended

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in vocational rehabilitation or related settings
