Job Description

As the Employee Benefits Director, you will lead our benefits administration, overseeing a range of programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in benefits management, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to foster strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of the benefits programs.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on benefits performance for senior management.
  • Evaluate existing vendors and explore new options to improve service delivery.
  • Create engaging communication materials to promote benefits offerings to employees.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are documented and adhered to within the benefits team.
  • Participate in payroll or finance management meetings related to employee benefits.
  • Advise management on potential legal risks associated with benefits decisions.
  • Support wellness initiatives that align with employee needs and promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on benefits satisfaction.
  • Drive a culture of benefits awareness among employees through training and workshops.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in benefits management with supervisory experience
