Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Implement employee retention strategies to boost morale and reduce turnover.
  • Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting various hiring practices.
  • Manage employee benefits and wellness programs.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of the company culture and values.
  • Support managers in performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Act as an advisor for conflict resolution and mediation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management and compliance
