Job Description

We are seeking skilled Hoist and Winch Operators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating hoisting equipment to safely lift and move loads. You will ensure the smooth operation of services while providing top-notch customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Control hoisting equipment to transport materials within the work site safely.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on hoists and winches to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to prioritize service queues effectively.
• Document all service interactions and address customer inquiries.
• Assess service-related issues and communicate with cross-functional teams for resolutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Train and mentor new team members in safe operational practices.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma; Associate's Degree in a related field is a plus.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience with hoist and winch operations in a construction or industrial setting.
