We are looking for a driven and experienced Raiser to join our passionate team. In this role, you will manage funds and solicit donations, ensuring that our nonprofit can continue its crucial work in the community. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with potential donors and community members. You will be responsible for developing fundraising strategies, coordinating events, and building lasting relationships with supporters.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative fundraising campaigns to broaden donor engagement.
• Create educational content to demonstrate the impact of donations.
• Assess and report on fundraising performance to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment with community needs.
• Organize webinars and workshops to educate potential donors about giving opportunities.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to enhance fundraising efforts.
• Conduct research to identify new funding sources and donor prospects.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand outreach.
• Lead strategy sessions to brainstorm new fundraising ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field like Communications or Marketing
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising or related roles.

Languages

• English: Fluent
