Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Social Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to diverse populations in need, conducting assessments, developing service plans, and advocating for clients' rights and needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based practices in client treatment and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
• Utilize data tracking to assess program effectiveness and improve service delivery.
• Facilitate support groups for clients to foster community and peer support.
• Engage in public awareness campaigns to address social issues impacting the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social services or a related field

Languages
