Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver essential patient care in our clinic. You will work closely with patients, providing support and education, and ensuring a safe environment for healing.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine assessments of patient health and document findings.
Deliver compassionate patient care in a timely manner.
Support healthcare providers in executing treatment plans.
Ensure a clean and organized patient environment.
Engage in continuous education to enhance nursing skills.
Participate in patient care team meetings and contribute insights.
Respond to patient inquiries and provide necessary information.
Assist in training and onboarding of new nursing staff.
Stay informed of the latest nursing practices and procedures.
Foster positive relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
Education
Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinic nurse or in a similar healthcare role.
