Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver essential patient care in our clinic. You will work closely with patients, providing support and education, and ensuring a safe environment for healing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine assessments of patient health and document findings.
• Deliver compassionate patient care in a timely manner.
• Support healthcare providers in executing treatment plans.
• Ensure a clean and organized patient environment.
• Engage in continuous education to enhance nursing skills.
• Participate in patient care team meetings and contribute insights.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new nursing staff.
• Stay informed of the latest nursing practices and procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinic nurse or in a similar healthcare role.

Technical Skills

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Basic Medical Procedures

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified in Pediatric Care (CPC)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in triaging patients: Ability to assess and prioritize patient care needs effectively.
• Certification in Ambulatory Care Nursing: Proficient in managing care for patients in outpatient settings.
