Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Crusher Plant Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the crushing plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate crushing equipment and ensure effective material handling.
• Conduct visual and operational inspections of plant equipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Document daily production totals and equipment performance data.
• Maintain knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a related role.

Technical Skills

• Safety Awareness
• Data Recording and Analysis

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation
• First Aid/CPR Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a mining environment: Prior experience working in a quarry or similar heavy industry is preferred.
• Mechanical Repair Skills: Basic skills in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.
