As a Grader and Sorter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our agricultural products. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, sorting, and packaging fresh fruits and vegetables while adhering to company standards. Responsibilities

• Sort produce accurately and efficiently under the guidance of supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
• Assist in the training of new employees in sorting and packaging procedures.
• Keep accurate records of sorted items and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Contribute ideas for improving quality control processes within the sorting department.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a farm or agricultural setting preferred
