Job Description

As an Information and Record Clerk, you will play a vital role in the administrative support of flight operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, maintaining crew records, and ensuring seamless communication among team members. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of records for all flight crews.
  • Assist with scheduling and communication for crew members.
  • Manage compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for crew members.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to ensure operational success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with crew and operational staff.
  • Support training initiatives for new and existing staff.
  • Enhance organizational efficiency through effective record-keeping.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform various other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role.
