Responsibilities
Implement and continuously improve records management policies and procedures.
Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulations.
Develop and deliver comprehensive records management training programs.
Manage both physical and electronic records, ensuring accessibility and security.
Collaborate with other departments to improve documentation processes.
Assess and respond to records management challenges proactively.
Engage with external partners or auditors regarding records compliance.
Lead a team of records management clerks to ensure efficient operations.
Prepare and present records management reports to upper management.
Regularly update disaster recovery strategies in line with organizational needs.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Science or a related field
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

5+ years experience in a records management or information management role
