Job Description

The Calendar Wind Up Helper will be essential to supporting the daily operations of our calendar department. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate scheduling for key personnel and events, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization of team events and meetings.
  • Collect and compile documentation for meeting agendas.
  • Provide clerical support by preparing necessary materials for meetings.
  • Regularly update and maintain databases related to personnel schedules.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to uphold scheduling integrity.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, ideally in a similar industry.
Technical Skills
  • Google Suite

Languages
