Job Description

As a Web Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and execution of web projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. Your leadership will be critical in managing teams of developers and designers, fostering collaboration and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of web project development from initiation to closeout.
  • Facilitate collaboration among team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Adjust project plans as needed to respond to unforeseen challenges.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines and resource plans.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project adaptability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster professional growth.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess lessons learned and future improvements.
  • Engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations managed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Additional project management certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience managing web development projects
