Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments upon admission and throughout their hospital stay.
  • Ensure all medications are administered safely and according to established guidelines.
  • Monitor patients for signs of complications or adverse reactions during recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in nursing.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Active RN License
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care or surgical setting.
