Job Description

As a Weigher, Measurer, Checker, and Sampler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate measurements of beans within our production facility. Your attention to detail will help maintain product quality and compliance with established standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular measurement checks to ensure quality control.
• Identify discrepancies in weight and take corrective action.
• Assist with training new employees in weighing procedures.
• Coordinate with inventory management to maintain stock levels.
• Use basic computer software for data entry and reporting.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with the maintenance of safety standards in the workplace.

Advantageous

• Experience with bean processing equipment: Familiarity with tools and machinery specific to bean processing.
• Forklift certification: Ability to operate forklifts is a plus.
