Job Description

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health education of our patients. Your responsibilities will include developing personalized health plans and working closely with healthcare teams to implement these strategies.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the planning of health education programs and community workshops.
• Engage with patients to deliver education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Prepare and distribute health materials that are accessible and understandable.
• Work with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care and educational methods.
• Document all patient interactions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Help coordinate resources for health improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Education or a related field
• Certification in health education (e.g., CHES) is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in health education or a related field is preferred

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Soft Skills

• Excellent Communication
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Current CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
