Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Extraction Workers to assist in our drilling operations. The ideal candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting drilling teams and ensuring operational success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and implement improvements for cost savings and efficiency.
• Document and report on blowing processes and innovations.
• Ensure effective communication with manufacturing and R&D teams regarding design specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
• Lead project meetings to track progress and address challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience working with blowing technology in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Technical Skills

• CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Statistical Analysis
• Process Simulation Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean Manufacturing experience: Knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Six Sigma: Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and processes.
