We are seeking a Lead Tank Mechanic to supervise the repair and maintenance of tanks and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mechanical systems, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of tanks and associated equipment.
• Supervise and train a team of mechanics to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify faults.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Order and maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and senior staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior mechanics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
