We are seeking skilled Explosives Workers and Blasters to join our well services team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in loading and operating perforating guns, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will work closely with engineers and field operators to deliver efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading explosives with precision while following guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal and industry safety standards.
• Provide input on operation strategies during team meetings.
• Record all operational data accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with field operators to enhance safety practices.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on all equipment used.
• Engage in regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Keep up to date with current safety protocols and technologies.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement best practices in handling and operating explosives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in oil and gas with a focus on explosives handling preferred
