Job Description
The Test Technician will be responsible for performing tests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced testing environment. We seek an individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
Perform testing procedures to evaluate product performance and quality.
Document test results, anomalies, and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for effective problem resolution.
Set up and operate testing equipment efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Maintain an organized work environment and adhere to strict quality control protocols.
Develop and refine testing processes and methods.
Train new employees on testing protocols and equipment use.
Analyze data collected from tests to improve product quality.
Support product development teams by providing testing insights and feedback.
Requirements
Education
Associate degree in Electronics or related field
Certification in Electronics/Testing is a plus
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing or a related field
