Job Description

The Test Technician will be responsible for performing tests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced testing environment. We seek an individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing procedures to evaluate product performance and quality.
  • Document test results, anomalies, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for effective problem resolution.
  • Set up and operate testing equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain an organized work environment and adhere to strict quality control protocols.
  • Develop and refine testing processes and methods.
  • Train new employees on testing protocols and equipment use.
  • Analyze data collected from tests to improve product quality.
  • Support product development teams by providing testing insights and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in Electronics or related field
  • Certification in Electronics/Testing is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing or a related field
