Job Description

The Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender operates precision equipment to produce bias tape and ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves monitoring machine settings, maintaining equipment, and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Use precision equipment to produce high-quality bias tape for various applications.
• Regularly calibrate machines to maintain accuracy.
• Conduct inspections of the finished product for defects.
• Work with the production team to strategize on production timelines.
• Implement improvements to enhance machine efficiency.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all regulations.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of supplies needed for machine operation.
• Provide feedback to management on production challenges and successes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
