Job Description

As the Gas Operations Superintendent, you will oversee operations at gas production and distribution facilities. Your leadership will guide a team of technicians in maintenance, repair, and inspection of gas systems, ensuring all operations comply with industry safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of geographic data and trends.
• Create and maintain maps and spatial products for various projects.
• Develop and implement solutions utilizing GIS technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate geospatial products.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users of GIS systems.
• Utilize statistical analysis techniques in geographic projects.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in all geographic analyses.
• Present findings to stakeholders to aid in project development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Geography or Environmental Science
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Technical Skills

• GIS Software Proficiency (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)
• Spatial Analysis
• Statistical Software (e.g., R, Python)
