Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Religious Worker who will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate heart and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
Engage with patients through prayer and reflection.
Conduct spiritual assessments to determine patient needs.
Organize community outreach programs focused on spiritual wellness.
Provide educational materials on spirituality and health.
Support hospital staff in coping with emotional and spiritual challenges.
Facilitate workshops on grief and loss for families.
Build relationships with patients to foster trust and open communication.
Encourage patient participation in spiritual activities offered by the facility.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent experience
Certification in Spiritual Care or related field is a plus

2-3 years of experience in providing spiritual or emotional support
