Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Scrum Master to facilitate the agile development process within our teams. The ideal candidate will help promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring that our teams adhere to the Scrum framework effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in adhering to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure all team members are actively participating.
  • Assist the team in defining sprint goals and objectives.
  • Identify training needs for team members and facilitate growth opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment where team members feel valued.
  • Work closely with product owners to prioritize the backlog.
  • Help the team visualize their progress through appropriate metrics.
  • Promote practices that enhance team performance and work quality.
  • Participate in programs for agile coaching and mentoring within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies are highly recommended
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
