Squeegee Tender

Job Description

As a Squeegee Tender, you will be responsible for using a squeegee to smooth surfaces and apply coatings to various materials. Your attention to detail will ensure that every project meets our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
• Attend training sessions to improve skills related to surface treatment.
• Provide feedback on production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for production.
• Document daily progress and report issues to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Squeegee operation
• Surface treatment knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Detail-oriented

Languages

• English: Basic

Advantageous

• Flexibility to work various shifts: Willingness to adapt to different work schedules as needed.
• Ability to read technical drawings: Understand specifications and technical instructions related to production tasks.
