Job Description

As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process, operating specialized machinery to coat a wide range of materials with precision.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sewing machines to operate fabric coating processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure product meets standards.
• Document machine performance and production metrics.
• Work closely with the quality control team to address any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Follow inventory procedures for tools and materials.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
• Report all machinery issues to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating sewing machines in a production environment
