Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support across multiple platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Track customer interactions in a ticketing system and follow up as needed.
  • Work closely with product development teams to relay common customer issues.
  • Stay current with product updates to assist customers proficiently.
  • Assist in creating and improving knowledge base content.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and discuss strategies.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
Experience
  • 2 years or more in a customer-facing technical support role.
Technical Skills
